Get started with invoicing

Email customers with an invoice and accept cryptocurrency payments on a pre-built invoice checkout.

note

If you don't have a cryptocurrency wallet, get started with creating one.

Using the Radom Dashboard is the easiest way to create and manage invoices. If you want to use the API, see the API Reference for Invoices.

1. Create customers

  1. In the Invoices page, open the Customers page.
  2. Click +Create customer.
  3. Enter their details and click +Create customer.

Now that you have created a customer, you can generate an invoice for them.

2. Create an invoice

  1. In the Dashboard, open the Invoices page.
  2. Click +Create invoice.
  3. Select your customers or create new customers by clicking +New.
  4. Select the blockchains you want to receive payments on.
  5. Select the tokens you accept as payment currencies.
  6. (Optional) Click the Invoice due date toggle to set a due date for the invoice. Select from the date picker to the right to set a due date.
  7. (Optional) Click the Invoice has memo toggle to add a memo to your invoice.
  8. Select the products you want to charge on your invoice. Create new ones by clicking +New.
  9. Add line items by clicking +Add and fill out the details.
  10. Click Create invoice.

3. Track invoices

You can track pending, overdue and paid invoices in the Invoices page.
